Workfront’s Leap conference is the premier modern work management event, consisting of four days of practical advice and discussion about how companies can use work management best practices to thrive in the digital work crisis. Attendees will walk away with actionable insights on implementing cutting-edge strategies into their organization, regardless of position. The conference will be held at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas on May 6th-9th.

Workfront is excited to announce that authors Daniel Pink and Keith Ferrazzi will keynote Leap this year.

Pink has written six books — most recently, When: The Scientific Secrets of Perfect Timing, which was celebrated as a best book of 2018 by a variety of sites, including Amazon and Goodreads. His TED talk, “The Puzzle of Motivation,” has more than 20 million views, mirroring the success of his book Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us. Given that Pink’s entire career has centered on the theory of work, he’s a perfect fit for Leap — especially because he predicted the rise of remote work clear back in 2001 with his first book, Free Agent Nation. Pink will be speaking about the scientific secrets of perfect timing.

Ferrazzi works as chairman of Ferrazzi Greenlight and consults businesses in a variety of industries. He’s also the New York Times #1 best-selling author of Who’s Got Your Back and Never Eat Alone, and he contributes to Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Fortune and other leading publications. Ferrazzi is an expert on networking and how human relationships can make all the difference in business success. It’s an understated but essential aspect of work, particularly because the future of work will be human. Ferrazzi will be speaking about managing work in a matrixed global organization.

In addition to Daniel Pink and Keith Ferrazzi, Leap will feature how-to sessions on work management best practices and keynotes from Workfront leaders such as CEO Alex Shootman, whose book, Done Right: How Tomorrow’s Top Leaders Get Work Done, was released late last year.

Companies speaking at Leap in breakouts include ADP, JLL, GM Financial, Harvard University, Boeing, Bristol Myers-Squibb, Google, Bloomberg, Cisco Systems, ViaSat, and Marriott International.

Companies sponsoring Leap include Accenture, Deloitte, Adobe, LeapPoint, Cella, CapabilitySource, Moventus, Sogeti, ZeeJay Digital, Smartempo, Allocadia, Agency 415, AtAppStore, WNDYR, IO Integration, LeapPoint, and Milestone Management.

Workfront will also be announcing the winners of the fifth annual Lion Awards.
