His TED talk, “The Puzzle of Motivation,” has more than 20 million views, mirroring the success of his book Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us. Given that Pink’s entire career has centered on the theory of work, he’s a perfect fit for Leap — especially because he predicted the rise of remote work clear back in 2001 with his first book, Free Agent Nation. Pink will be speaking about the scientific secrets of perfect timing.
Ferrazzi works as chairman of Ferrazzi Greenlight and consults businesses in a variety of industries. He’s also the New York Times #1 best-selling author of Who’s Got Your Back and Never Eat Alone, and he contributes to Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Fortune and other leading publications. Ferrazzi is an expert on networking and how human relationships can make all the difference in business success. It’s an understated but essential aspect of work, particularly because the future of work will be human. Ferrazzi will be speaking about managing work in a matrixed global organization.
