Workfront Covid-19 Update

We take our role as a global corporate citizen seriously and Workfront is committed to active, positive steps to protect our communities. Our global, cross-functional response team has​ been actively monitoring updates from trusted health organizations (CDC, WHO) regarding Covid-19 and keeping a  pulse on the communities in which we work. To that end, Workfront is enacting the proactive policies outlined below. We will continue to monitor updates and adjust policies as necessary.

 

Business Continuity  

As a cloud-based provider leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the Google Cloud  Platform (GCP), Workfront consistently provides customers with secure, highly reliable access to our solutions. Our technology, practices, and teams are resilient by design: global, flexible,  secure, and fully connected to manage our critical systems worldwide. Workfront teams regularly work from home and other remote locations. 

Based on the best available information and guidelines from global, national, and local officials,  we have recommended employees work from home through April 3rd. Because remote work is an essential component of Workfront’s day-to-day design, our team will continue normal R&D,  support, and services operations as usual during this time.    

 

Critical Vendors

As part of our assurance for business continuity, Workfront is in regular contact with critical vendors regarding their COVID-19 continuity and prevention efforts. We will continue close communication with our vendors in order to adapt, if necessary, to any evolving conditions posed by the COVID-19 virus.

 

Employee travel

Workfront has asked employees to defer business travel through April 3 wherever possible. In  addition, we’ve directed employees to check specifically with customers to understand any visit limitations in advance. Workfront employees regularly leverage modern conferencing and communications tools as an alternative to travel during normal operations.

 

Workfront Offices

Workfront has heightened hygiene and social distance recommendations in place for employees and visitors. Our cleaning crews in all offices globally are taking extra care to sanitize frequently touched surfaces. We’ve increased our on-site supplies of hand-sanitizer and tissues and have signage highlighting COVID-19 policies in common areas. Candidate interviews and new employee orientations will be conducted virtually indefinitely. 

 

Conferences & Events

Workfront’s Leap conferences in Orlando and London will now be conducted as a ​virtual event later this summer​. We are also requesting employees to avoid large conferences and gatherings indefinitely, with exceptions as required. 

In addition, our boot camps and user group events are all going to be conducted virtually indefinitely. Participants are receiving updated information on how to participate in these events as they happen.
