Job Details

Seeking a mid-level copywriter for the Creative Strategy and Services team in Marketing. Bring your writing skills and love of the process to our fast-paced digital environment. Enterprise B2B and SaaS experience preferred. You possess an almost preternatural ability to inspire action in your target market—you get words mean nothing if they don’t produce results. You crave both structure and freedom. You love feedback, can stay on brand, and true to strategy. Must be intolerant of the passive voice, committed to breaking up run-on sentences, and demonstrate a deep affinity for the Oxford comma. Iteration is your fav. You get narrative, funnel stages, and prospect experience. Willing to throw out the rules if the art is worth it. 



  • Produce high-quality, above-the-line copy and content on quick turnaround for stakeholders as part of our in-house agency, including, but not limited to: headlines, ads, landing pages, marketing material, assets, printed collateral, and sales enablement
  • Interpret campaign strategy and creative direction from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts fitting our enterprise B2B, SaaS market
  • Build copy against messaging frameworks, understand how to tailor language to personas and audiences, while remaining open to constructive criticism
  • Learn, adhere, and exemplify the brand voice and tone, to enforce editorial standards
  • Edit material from across the organization for brand voice and tone, straight up proofread and copyedit
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tasks on tight deadlines
  • Organize, inventory, and audit content as directed
  • Use Workfront, the platform, to manage your projects and initiatives 


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to write for different personas, target markets, and voices
  • 3-5 years experience as a copywriter or in a related role, content marketing, building strategy and messaging frameworks, B2B and SaaS preferred, agency a plus
  • Above average editorial skills and an eye for design
  • Ability to synthesize volumes of information and produce clear, empathetic content on deadline
  • Highly organized, self-starting, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to keep up and follow-up in a digital environment
  • Experience with editorial processes and style manuals
  • Demonstrated track record of accepting and acting on feedback and direction
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, journalism, business, humanities, history, or any other discipline with an emphasis on written communication
  • Google Suite, MS Office, Slack, and other digital-first tools
