We are seeking Helpdesk interns to join our team in a constantly changing environment. The IT Helpdesk Intern will provide daily support to end users including hardware and software troubleshooting, equipment setup, audio/visual troubleshooting, and composing knowledge-base articles.This internship is a great opportunity for those who see their career path in IT Helpdesk and see this internship as a great start for it. 

This is a 3 month Internship. 25 hours a week.

 

Responsibilities:

Hardware, software, and workspace setup
Inventory management
Perform preemptive A/V maintenance
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Actively manage assignments in ticketing queue
Provision/De-provision user accounts
Write knowledge-base articles

 

Required Qualifications:

Computer Literacy.
Knowledge of Windows, macOS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and flexible.
Comfortable providing remote phone support.
Capacity to prioritize work needs based on severity of impact.
