Workfront, Inc is a leading provider of Work management and portfolio management software We are a growing company with great opportunity, and we are looking for a qualified and competitive Account Development Manager. This is a team-oriented position that offers a clear career path and excellent earning potential within Technical Sales. We are looking for candidates who are driven, energetic, and intelligent. The DSR role is an essential component of the rapidly growing sales organization that focuses on qualifying inbound and net-new prospects and establishing legitimate opportunities on behalf of the account executives. 
  • Contact, qualify and nurture leads via phone, email and chat to activity build a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities 
  • Keep Salesforce (SFDC) up to-date with lead activity and qualification notes 
  • Adhere to lead qualification standards
  • Effectively articulate the Workfront value proposition to prospective customers 
  • Meet a quota of contacts per day with strategic preparation, and deliver consistently against quota of monthly/quarterly Accepted Leads and Qualified Sales Opportunities 
  • Work with counterparts in sales to identify qualification improvements and ensure only qualified leads are passed
  • Proactively provide closed-loop feedback on programs, messaging and processes to ensure continuous optimization and improvement 
  • Report to DSR Team Manager
  • Bachelor’s Degree (business related field preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years experience in lead generation / sales development or sales position preferably B2B 
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required
  • High-caliber phone and listening skills. You must be engaging, compelling and articulate over the phone 
  • Ability to patiently and persistently build/nurture prospect relationships to cultivate latent demand
  • Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner 
  • Confident, positive, energetic, professional and team-oriented attitude 
  • Superior interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills 
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in fast paced environment
