General FAQs

Attendees can add a guest pass when registering for Leap. Guests must be 21 years or older, and cannot attend conference keynotes or breakout sessions. Guest passes are available for $379. A guest pass includes entrance to all conference meals, cocktail hours, the Welcome Reception, and Conference Party.

Yes! Registered attendees will receive an invitation to download the Leap app a few weeks prior to Leap. The app will have helpful information about the venue and schedules, information about the conference agenda, and a personalized schedule.

Payment/Registration

If the capacity of the conference has not been reached by the start of the event, registration onsite will be available as late as the evening of Monday April 30, 2020.

Registration to the Workfront Leap conferences cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you are unable to attend, your registration can be transferred to another individual by emailing us at [email protected]

We provide two discounts to Leap. The first discount is the Early Bird rate. Register by January 31, 2020 to receive the Early Bird rate. The second is the group rate, which is for groups who send three or more people from one company.

You can pay for the event using any major credit or debit card. Click the register button, and proceed through registration to pay for the event.

Sessions

We recommend you register for breakout sessions as early as possible now that session registration is live. Sessions are available on a first-come first-serve basis, and popular sessions fill up fast.

Presentations will be shared shortly after the end of the Leap 2020 conference.

Yes, session registration changes can be made anytime online leading up to the event or onsite using the Leap app, but there is no guarantee a session will have open capacity.

There will not be online streaming of the event, but speakers may choose to share their presentation decks with attendees. Speakers will have the option whether or not to share their presentation deck.

Hotel/Transportation

We have reserved a block of rooms with a special rate of $229/night plus tax from Monday, April 27 to Thursday, April 30 at the Gaylord Palms. Space is limited with this rate; we recommend you complete your hotel booking immediately upon completion of general Leap registration. Rates will go up as soon as the room block is full or on April 6, 2020.

Hotel room cancellations can be made up to 72 hours prior to your reservation by calling (407) 586-0000, or else you will be charged for one night’s accommodation.

The Orlando International Airport is twenty miles from the Gaylord Palms, a 25-30 minute drive.

If you are not renting a car, Uber and taxi cabs are available at the Orlando airport and may be the easiest form of transportation. The hotel is a 25-30 minute drive from the airport and a one-way Uber fare will be approximately $30-40 depending on time.

Self-parking is available at the Gaylord Palms at a rate of $22/day plus tax. Valet charges are $33/night plus tax.

Miscellaneous

The standard dress for Leap is business casual. Feel free to bring something comfortable for the conference party.

Generally, the temperatures in Orlando in April range from the low to mid 80s.
