LEAP CONFERENCE FAQ

The health and safety of our customers, employees, and partners are our highest priority. After monitoring the developments surrounding novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the recent update from the World Health Organization announcing this as a global pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the in-person element of Leap. Instead, Leap will be hosted as an online-only event. We will miss being together in Orlando and London, but we are excited to connect digitally. More details will be shared soon. For now, see the FAQs listed below.

We still encourage you to register for the Workfront Leap 2020 Virtual Conference in the coming weeks, as this digital conference provides a unique opportunity to access Leap breakout sessions and keynotes free of charge.

General

The health and safety of our attendees, partners, and employees are our top priorities. Workfront has been closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization’s recommendations regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The potential reach of the virus changes every day, which has made it impossible to accurately assess risk. However, we feel that after the recent update from the World Health Organization announcing this as a global pandemic, we now have enough information to show that it would be safer to meet virtually than to bring everyone together in Orlando and London and risk the contamination of our attendees.

Yes. Any and all who would like to attend are invited to join the online Leap event.

The Leap 2020 Virtual Conference will be hosted through an event platform that facilitates all breakout sessions, general sessions, and a digital Experience Zone with exhibitors and product information.

The virtual event will take place this summer.  We’ll announce a final date soon!

Although we considered the option of delaying Leap to later in the year, we found that it would still be risky, considering the fact that it is unclear when COVID-19 will be less of an immediate concern. We also believe in the power of what a virtual conference can provide, so feel it is best to move forward on this route.

A virtual conference gives us the opportunity to provide quality Workfront training and content to all customers, including those who had to cancel their registration due to company travel bans.

We will continue to provide regular updates to this FAQ page and through email communication. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to your account representative or [email protected]

Registration

All those who are currently registered (or were registered but had to cancel) will be automatically added to the Leap Virtual Conference. We will send out communications regarding how to join the event in the coming weeks.

We will be creating a new registration page for the Leap Virtual Conference. That will be added here once it is live.

A virtual conference provides us with the exciting opportunity to provide breakout session & keynote content free of charge to all those who register.

All existing Leap registrations will be be refunded in the next 60 days. If you would prefer that your 2020 registration be transferred as a credit for Leap 2021, please reach out to [email protected] and we will make the adjustment.

Once registration opens for Leap 2021, we will send a code for a free registration to the email you used to register for Leap 2020.

All attendees will receive a full refund to the original form of payment. We will process refunds as fast as possible, though it may take up to 60 days. A confirmation email will be emailed to you when we have completed the refund. If you have purchased via check or wire transfer, we will contact you directly to verify refund options.

Breakout Sessions

We will have 2 general sessions during our virtual event. These keynotes will include addresses and updates from Workfront executives and also provide a sneak peak into the product roadmap.

We will likely be making some minor adjustments to our session agenda. Our sessions website will be updated as those changes are made. We are confident that any changes we make to our agenda will maintain the value of the content offered at Leap.

Sessions will be pre-recorded, but speakers will be online to answer questions about their sessions.

Since this event is now virtual, there are no seating limitations. Registrants can choose to attend any session online, and will have access to the recordings of all sessions after the event.

Yes, session content will be made available after Leap to registered attendees.

We thank all Leap speakers who have spent valuable time working on session content. You will be contacted directly to make session adjustments. We hope to keep as many sessions as possible as we move to a virtual event.

Experience Zone

We will have an exhibitor portal as part of our platform so that attendees can still connect with those who would have booths in the Experience Zone at Leap.

The Leap Virtual Conference will include elements of online networking. More details will be sent as the different available options are explored.

Unfortunately, we will not be offering 1:1 consulting. For immediate consulting needs please contact your sales representative to purchase consulting. We are excited to kick this program off again at Leap 2021.

Sponsors will be contacted individually to discuss the adjustments that will come with a virtual conference.

With our Experience Zone being moved online, you can access Workfront product collateral, view videos, and download other resources just shy of an in-person demonstration. There will also be many breakout sessions that cover the Workfront product.

Travel

We will be canceling all hotel reservations made through our system in the next 60 days. If you booked directly with the hotel, you are responsible to cancel that directly.

Despite the fact that payment information was collected, you will not see any charges come through for hotel cancellation.

Please work directly with your airline or travel agency to cancel flights. Workfront will not be providing refunds for flights.
