To protect assets, Workfront creates ownership rights, giving visibility to only those who need it, but the request process makes it easy to gain access to an asset when you are outside the inner circle, but need access.

Workfront provides you with peace-of-mind since all linked files stay synced bi-directionally, so creating folders and adding files to those folders stay synced till you decide to unlink the folders.
Print and convert dashboard
Need to print or share a dashboard? With Workfront, printing a dashboard is as simple as a few clicks. Converting any dashboard to a pdf is equally as simple. All objects, including a timestamp of when the report was generated, are included on the print layout of the dashboard. Share and print any dashboard you have access to at anytime without having to initiate any special print requests.
Workfront will produce a shareable URL with an expiration date for any digital asset you would like to share, either internally or with third parties. With a click, you can share your work and get feedback anytime during the production process.
