OREM, Utah—July 23, 2009—AtTask, the definitive solution enabling organizations to collaborate and accomplish the work most essential to the enterprise, announced the recent addition of Jackie A. Golden as the new Vice President of Global Professional Services. Golden will serve a key role in improving AtTask's level of customer service, enabling organizations worldwide to be more efficient and productive while using AtTask project management software.

As the VP of Global Professional Services, Golden's ultimate goal will be to ensure a seamless transition for AtTask customers from implementation to application, and provide the support necessary for complete adoption. Professional Services include consulting services, education, and customer support.
"AtTask is already providing customers with a solution that advances their businesses by streamlining processes, increasing productivity, and ultimately, improving the bottom-line," Golden said. "My goal is to build upon that framework and provide a net of support for each client--giving them the resources and advice necessary to define company best practices and methodology to ensure success."
Most recently, Golden has operated as the President and Owner of Golden Enterprises, based in San Diego, CA where she provided consulting services at the executive level for designing business strategies, models and solutions as well as growing organizations or pursuing new markets. She comes to AtTask with more than 10 years in the services support industry. Golden has designed, built and managed Professional Services Organization for many successful software companies including Hyperion, Cognos, and Ascential/IBM, that exceeded revenue targets and profitability goals.
Golden holds an Executive M.B.A. in business from San Diego State University.
