As part of the post-merger activities, the company created an Integration Management Office (IMO) charged with consolidating functions and achieving financial synergies across the organization. The IMO expanded on the existing use of Workfront to provide enterprise level visibility of key projects helping to ensure integration targets were achieved.

The solution’s relational database made it possible for them to build customized reports and dashboards. Stakeholders could also see the most crucial data points in one view. The implementation of the solution quickly spread across the organization and now each business unit is able to track project plans, milestones, savings, costs, issues, and risks within each project.
