Starting in education and consulting, John has worked with hundreds of customers to implement Workfront. He specializes in helping marketing teams and organizations tailor Workfront’s work management solution to meet their respective needs. Most recently, John had the role of Sr. Technical Product Marketing Manager, helping define the messaging and processes to help the Account Executives and customers find the most success in their implementation.
Creative Services Traffic Manager
Susan has always brought a passion for process development and workflow organization to her many roles supporting creative teams over the last eight years. So, traffic management at NRG for a team handling upwards of 350 marketing projects every month was the perfect niche. In addition to traffic management, Susan is responsible for operational updates, onboarding new teams into Workfront and overall system administration.
