Today’s PMO is constantly plagued by unexpected requests, endless status inquiries, and scattered project information. Work now involves so much more than projects and the way we’ve traditionally managed work simply isn’t keeping pace.
Join us as we examine why the project management processes of today are broken in a live panel discussion. You’ll learn the steps you can take to increase your team’s productivity and overcome the obstacles preventing you from delivering projects on time and on budget.
Hear from industry experts, Amy Hatton, Stephen Carver, and Simon Adler, on how to drive your PMO into the future, where traditional project management evolves into Enterprise Work Management.
In this on-demand webinar, learn how to:
- Reduce or re-engineer the processes that cause bottlenecks.
- Achieve real visibility and plan your resources more effectively.
- Manage and motivate stakeholders and team members.
- Empower your PMO to drive valuable change and to be flexible to unpredictable or unexpected challenges.
About the presenters
Stephen is rated as one of the top 3 lecturers at one of Europe’s top MBA Business Schools. He has a reputation of taking complex management concepts such as Project, Programme Change and Crisis Management and being able to distil them down, into highly informative and fun lectures - often using “storytelling” techniques. He has lectured Worldwide from the Royal Albert Hall to Boardrooms in Hong Kong. Unusually, for an academic, he has spent most of his working life in real business and still runs his own, highly successful, Project Management Company.
